Is it safe to buy weed online?

Generally, recent times have proven stoners prefer buying weed online, instead of visiting their local dispensary. Our products are of the highest quality and are packed in discrete odor less vacuum-sealed packages.  Discreet delivery is our recommended best practice and packages are tracked all the way to your home.

What type of payments do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies (%10 off your next order). To buy or pay with Bitcoins, follow the instructions here.
We accept E-transfers like Zelle, Cash App, Walmart, and Western Union as they are safe third party payment methods. Payment can easily be made online with your debit card, or with cash at a store location. We provide you with instructions for an E-Transfer with your invoice. We will only ship orders once the payment has been confirmed.

Will you deliver to any address?

We will deliver to any address (a restaurant, a bar, a shopping center, your house, whatever!) as long as your address is within one of the serviceable states. We can’t deliver to military camps, government institutions, any schools or near children, however.

Do You Issue Refunds or Exchanges?

Yes, we issue refunds or exchanges for most products with the exception of organic flowers and edibles. If you believe that you have a defective product please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please note that we only issue refunds in the form of points.

How much marijuana can I order?

Depending on the law governing your state, patients can buy and possess a maximum of up to 4.5oz every rolling 2-week/14-day period, with the exception of bulk retail orders.

How can I reset my password?

What is your return/refund policy?

For obvious reasons we do not accept returns. If your package does not arrive within 6 days of payment, write to me and I will check the tracking records to see if it was delivered. If the package was not delivered due to my error I will resend or give you a refund. If the package was delivered, I will give you the tracking number so you can see for yourself it was delivered, but no refund. It could be it was intercepted by a family member or roommate and I have no control over that. Also if it was not delivered due to a customer giving a faulty address there will be no refund.

Is Tax included with the price?

Yes. We charge 3% GST on orders. This is included in the checkout price.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you want to edit or add to your order, you’ll need to create a new order with us. We will then cancel the old order. Email us at admin@stanaweed.com with the order number that you want to be cancelled. This order will be canceled or edited if it hasn’t been sealed or shipped out yet.


What are your shipping fees?

On orders below $200, we charge $25 for Standard Mail and $40 for Express Mail (Overnight).  For any order over $200, the shipping is free. We ship our orders via UPS, USPS, and Xpress Post and we provide a tracking number via email for you once the order has shipped. If you live in a remote area, your order may take a little longer to reach you.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Sounds impossible but, Yes we delivery Worldwide. As a leading activist marijuana dispensary faced with legal boundaries, our operations are stealth giving us the will power to provide weed strains to needy patients and consumers who are willing to collaborate and exercise patience as all deliveries aren’t signature required packages.

I’ve paid for my order, what next?

Your order will be on hold until we authenticate payment via Bitcoin or E-transfer (when we process your order). Once payment is received, your order is shipped the same day if we receive your order and payment by our 4 pm (GMT-7) cutoff time. If we receive your order and payment after 4 pm (GMT-7), shipping will be done the next business day, except for overnight express delivery.

Do you offer a Veteran’s discount?

To our brave American Veterans, we celebrate you for your courage, service, and sacrifice by providing a 10% discount off your invoice.
Please email your National Identification Veterans Card, Certificate of Service or similar proof to admin@stanaweed.com. Once approved, we will set you up with your own personal coupon code that can be applied to all future orders.

What happens when I don’t pay for my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, the next step in the process will be to submit payment. Your order will be kept On Hold till we receive payment. If we do not receive your payment within 1 month, your order will be canceled.

I haven’t received my package, what happened?

Insured Shipping
If you select Insured Shipping, and you don’t receive your package after two days past the expected delivery date, contact us. You will be credited for the full amount of the order in points and you can simply place the order again.
Non-Insured Shipping
If you have NOT selected the Insured Shipping Option, and you don’t get your package after two days past the expected delivery date, contact us. We can do a trace to find the package, they ship it to you and you’ll receive it a few days later. If the package is deemed “unrecoverable,” we can reship the order, but refunds will not be offered due to postal issues.

My package “Required Signature” Why was this asked of me?”

Any order over $500 dollars is sent with a ‘Signature Required.” If you don’t want this option, leave a note with your order indicating “No Signature required, Please.”
